Correct ofr for the Chelsea pen decision. Poor from kavanagh
there.
He should also have given a yellow to George like he did amad a
few mins later.
Good apart from that

Didn’t see the George penalty incident but sounds like he
should’ve been cautioned for simulation looking at what’s been
said on BBC live text.
Correct call to book Amad for simulation though, no contact and
just goes down. Good to see that some simulation has been
penalised. There was an also an act of simulation punished in
the L2 playoff tonight as well with Ben Toner correctly
cautioning the attacker

I guess VAR decided to focus on Onana playing the ball because
it was an ”easier” decision, however I agree that George
should've been booked for simulation. Maybe an area for
improvement, but VAR still did what it was brought in to do:
prevent clear and obvious errors in KMIs

Didn’t look like a penalty in real time.
Correct decision to overturn. Not sure it was a dive.
Surprised the two footed tackle in injury time did not result in
a red card for Heaven. Shocking tackle.

Rubbish. Gusto actually went in with both feet off the ground.

What I saw in the second half thought he was poor. Very
inconsistent decisions, resulting in niggly fouls. He let enzo
run the game and he was in his ear for every decision. Terrible
decision in penalty bailed out by VAR.
Not his best game

I thought Kavanagh was ok at best in first half but cards were
inconsistent throughout and as ajb95 pointed out not a great
second half by Kav

Firstly George should have been cautioned for simulation as Amad
quite correctly was.
Secondly the Heaven challenge was never worthy of a Red Card.
Incidentally, did I miss the memo saying it was acceptable to
surround officials without sanction?
Chelsea were at it from first whistle to last, although many
other team's players have been equally guilty of it
