Tbh, the first incident you linked, it’s arguably quite
difficult for Madley to see it that well because van Ewijk was
in the way. I did think it was a bit of an unusual action but
clearly no official deemed it worthy of a caution.
For the second incident, the standard procedure is to book the
two instigators so can’t have any complaints there. I’m sure if
Wilson was already on a yellow he wouldn’t have done what he did
there.

I'm not completely saying it for he did terribly, to be clear as
you say it's hard for him to see, we have the benefit of
unlimited replays and the 2nd incident he didn't see just not a
fan of rewarding the primary instigator.
