Haven't seen John Brooks live since his NL days, will be

Simon Hooper or Roger East do not constitute royalty by any
stretch of the imagination ....... unless you're talking about

I had my first sighting of Matthew Donohue at Crewe yesterday
and thought he turned in a competent performance in a game which
was seldom challenging. An unhurried style of refereeing but
always up with play. Yellow cards were spot on although they
might have been produced earlier as Notts County muscled in with
their early tackles. One bizarre incident when Matthew went to
talk to his 4O about something, and play didn't resume for what
seemed an age, but no idea what that was about. 8/10.
