John Busby - Coventry v Sunderland

Good performance from Busby in a game which threatened to boil
over. Only one error I can recall being a free kick wrongly
given on 80 minutes. The first Sunderland goal was potentially
offside would like to see a good angle

Non offside decision spot on, centre half nearest assistant
plays the forward on. Great decision Sam Lewis...

I thought he had a good game, I'm sure the match went for 2
hours so not sure about the 6 minutes added on 😀
As always a couple of decisions I'd have liked to be given but
as I admit I'm definitely not impartial and that's as a fan.

Hope you are right but I’m still yet to see anything conclusive
to prove my initial thought of offside was wrong

I would agree with what’s been said. A very solid game from
Busby which did threaten to get away from him at times but
managed to keep it under control well. No major decisions to
really take note off and it looked like all the cautions were
correct.
I’d also agree that the potential offside decision was very
tight. There wasn’t a conclusive angle shown by broadcast so I
trust the decision made by Sam Lewis.
Overall a good night for the officials
