Unless there’s 2 Peter Wrights, the Appointing powers have got
him as 4th at Port vale then in the middle at Hartlepool on the
same day!!!!
His 4O appointment is on the 3rd and his middle is the 5th
And AVAR on the 4th at Stockley Park. I wonder if he’ll be
replaced on at least one of those appointments.
4O - Sat at Port Vale
AVAR - Sun at West Ham United
Referee - Mon at Hartlepool
I'm not sure what is the issue here.

Sadly I will not have yet another sighting of Sam Purkiss at The
Valley. However, the play offs beckon and who knows who we might
see then ?

Steady ref - doesn’t give soft fouls. Rapport with players
excellent. From when I saw him in March I was impressed.

Bradford will be in big trouble with the FA after the pitch
invasion after the 97th minute goal. Also, the fan who struck
Coy during the celebration should be banned for life from every
ground.
Sarcevic red carded as well after the goal.

Wow - what a challenge for Martin Coy and team. Fair play to him
seeing Sarcevic removing his shirt and binning him for a second
yellow amidst the carnage. I do feel at this time of the season
the authorities need to find a deterrent that will prevent these
scenes. An opportunity for serious injury is rather high!
Edit - looks like sky were wrong to report the red card.

Went to watch the last 10 minutes at Valley Parade and ended up
watching about 25! But I agree a very difficult atmosphere and
scenario to control especially when that winning goal went in.
Understandable jubilation which led to excessive overreaction.
I mean Sarcevic should’ve been shown a second yellow for
excessive celebration but in the moment under the circumstances,
it’s certainly understandable that he didn’t issue one, probably
more concentrating on the Fleetwood players and other officials
safety. There did seem to be one fan who had a bit of an
altercation with Mr Coy but I didn’t see if it escalated very
far.
From the small portion of the game I saw, he done well, stayed
calm and made the correct decisions.
