       This analysis of where Premier League managers positioned
       themselves during last weekend's games (amongst other things)
       has appeared on the BBC website

       It
       won't make happy viewing for Andrew Kitchen who was fourth
       official at the Aston Villa v Nottingham Forest match.  Unai
       Emery outside his technical area 63% of the time and Nuno
       Espírito Santo for 83% of the time doesn't sound like a
       controlled technical area!

       But this is another Law that PGMOL wants its employees to
       "manage" rather than "enforce".  Andrew Kitchen would have been
       in bigger trouble if he had insisted that both managers comply
       with the law as written and asking the referee to sanction where
       this does not take place.
