Sounds like a busy afternoon, 3 red cards but from MOTD all
correct.

Anthony Taylor clearly hasn't received the directive from PGMOL
to keep 22 players on the pitch or if he has, he commendably has
ignored it so as to fairly and properly uphold the Laws of
Association Football.

He will probably be stood down next week as a punishment.

As someone who often accuses the PGMOL of having, to some
degree, such a policy, I must to praise Anthony Taylor for, as
you say, actually upholding the laws - an increasingly novel
concept.
I thought all three were totally correct and he didn’t hesitate
in taking each decision. I would love to know if, internally,
the PGMOL fully supports him in these decisions. From my
experience in my sport, in games where there have been multiple
big calls, red cards given etc. there is official support for
each individual decision. But privately there can be whispers of
‘do we really want to give this guy a big final? He’ll send off
5 players!?’
Of course, Anthony Taylor is well past that point as a senior
FIFA official, but I do wonder if referees more junior than he
do sometimes have in the back of their mind a desire to stay
well well clear of the limelight caused by making big calls.

Eddie Nketiah's first booking for simulation may have been
unfortunate. The defender did put a thigh across him causing him
to fall as he was moving at speed. MOD pundits thought so. His
fall looked odd, delayed as if he didn't make enough of an
attempt to stay on his feet but I wouldn't criticise Tayler.
Personally, and with the benefit of hindsight, I think it was a
case of not a clear cut penalty but not a clear case of
deception.
Nketiah, already on a yellow was rightly booked for a careless,
foot up tackle. Being already on a yellow, he should have been
more careful. It was good to see Taylor refereeing what's in
front of him. The YCs were supportable.

2nd red could and should have been a straight red

You could make a case for all 3 actually being straight reds,
particularly the Guehi foul. If he’d failed to produce a second
yellow on any occasion that’d have been a huge error, so well
done Taylor for sticking to his guns

Still not sure if our sg officials can pick out SFP. Agree that
some could and should have been straight reds.
Happy that Taylor enjoyed an afternoon of play your cards right
rather than trying to manage the occasion to keep all 22 on.

The difference being 3 game suspensions for the first 2 and a 1
game suspension for the last RC as opposed to 1 game game
suspensions for getting 2YC.

I think he got a few things wrong, albeit in a very tricky
situation. I think Van Hecke and Guehi should have been straight
red’s (and of course VAR should have checked for an upgrade here
I assume?) and Nketiah’s first is probably no action needed.
But any game where you have to sent 3 players off is difficult,
even if correct, so well done to Anthony and team.
