a lot of people saying Taylor can’t be with Italian teams or
German teams but I feel like this is defo a game he could
do.(inter easiest to deal with between all Italian teams).atwell
has fallen out of favour in UEFA ranks though

Brooks after Sunday, will have done 4 of United’s last 6 home
games in all comps which is very excessive even for prem!!
Taylor with the m23 derby and Oliver the west London. Thought
one of them might have been at Ipswich for last chance saloon
       but hey ho

Oliver refereed Atalanta in Milan less than two years after the
Buffon incident which was much more controversial than the UEL
final. I don’t think Inter would be a problem for Taylor but
rather Bayern, they had Oliver last round too

West Ham v Bournemouth will only be Tim Robinsons 4th PL games
of 2025; in that time he has had 8 4O appointments in P L
       matches.
A couple of seasons ago he was getting regular games so I think
his star has slipped somewhat in recent months

I think it might be his 5th, (i may have incorrectly corrected
you, but from checking each list on this forum, i think he has
       done 4 before this 1)
However, he heavily features in the championship

I’ve always felt Adam Nunn has had one of the best jobs in
football for years now. I don’t want to say it’s easy because
it’s obviously not but for all the elite level games he’ll have
done he very rarely has to deal with running the line on a
       dugout side.

Sorry, Mr Pedant here .... but calling it the M23 derby is a
nonsense and the esteemed contributors on here should know
better! No game where the two teams are 46 miles apart can be
called a derby, especially on where the start of the M23 is 9
miles south of Selhurst Park and the end is 20 miles north of
       the Amex. [emoji1]

       certainly regarded as a derby

All opinions, of course, but at this stage of the season I would
say that is far from the stand out match!
Obviously a lot can happen this midweek at the top, it could be
game over or game on. There’s a possibility that Arsenal can
finish that game at Goodison only 6 points adrift (from 12, as I
type). That’s a huge appointment for Darren England - possibly
his biggest and well deserved I would say.

Well said carrowman, you beat me to it. Geography is only one
factor determining a derby, history and social connections are
equally as important. For instance, Colchester is only about 20
miles from Ipswich but Ipswich v Colchester has never been
regarded as a derby whilst the match with Norwich certainly is.
