Interesting development thanks for sharing bmb.
I don't really know much about Hugh Dallas other than his
stellar refereeing career and his involvement with UEFA at the
highest level. Hopefully he has a positive influence.

Dallas was a very big wig (second in command IIRC) in the UEFA
referee committee so he would be the perfect man to develop the
next tranche of FIFA officials coming up the ranks…
His knowledge of protocol will set them all in good stead.
