I disagree with 99% Hackett says.
However, he is right. They are doing too many games. I think
they are suffering from burn out. I reliable source confirms my
       thinking on this.

There are now two naughty steps and after last night and today
Kav is on both of them, i hope they arent too far apart.

For AFCB and Saints maybe but I don’t think there’s an airport
       near Brighton

Aside from the additional VAR responsibilities, they are
operating exactly the same as when Hackett was in charge. SG1
referees who have had games either the day before or the day
after have been 4th official for as long as I can remember, but
of course he has conveniently forgotten this fact.

Gatwick is only forty minutes away from Brighton… on a good day.

Gatwick would be the closest guess.

40 mins away by what though? Are they then hiring a car,
booking an airport taxi, getting the train or the coach? Not
trying to be difficult but the flight is only a part of that
one. Southampton airport is 5 mins away from the hotel,
Bournemouth is 10 mins depending which hotel they use.
If Kav had flown to Gatwick for the Brighton game, how is he
then getting from Brighton to Southampton at 11pm at night post
       match.

They would be picked up by the Company who transport officials
to every PL game I think

They meet at a hotel not too far from the stadium and will then
be picked up by a driver. They don’t get picked up from their
       own homes.

He’s talking about if they fly to the game. They could use that
company to get from the airport to the hotel
