Rochdale started time wasting in the first half, did absolutely
nothing about it, missed at least one blatant hand ball and had
BOTH sets of fans singing "You're not fit to referee"

That would be why he added six minutes on at the end.
At least he didn’t let your number 34 get away with trying to
get away players sent off with blatant play-acting.

But only added on 2 minutes in the first half when you'd been
       time wasting nearly all half!
The play acting was going on by Rochdale players as well (and
confirmed by the videos shared on twitter!) 2 players going down
clutching their faces when they hadn't been hit in the face -
one of whose treatment when the trainer was called on was being
       given a drink!

       Whatever.
We had five players booked, a couple of which were hard to
fathom out, yet home players were committing similar fouls and
       challenges throughout with no sanctions.
We’re trying to avoid relegation, pal. We’re not going to turn
up and try to play like Man City; we need to battle for points
       anyway we can.
Like I said, six minutes added time at the end in which neither
       team created anything.

Sounds like Kettle has managed to aggravate Crewe this afternoon
with not awarding a clear handball just before Cheltenham
       equalised.

I was not there but my 'spy' this morning suggested he knew that
this was going to happen once he saw who the referee was (no RTR
for him)! TK apparently missed two handballs in the lead-up to
Cheltenham goals. No real gripe about the second yellow / red
for Crewe's George Ray, but by all accounts not a good day for
Trevor on his latest (? last) visit to Gresty Road.
Edit - I've now seen the highlights on Quest. There were no
handballs evident in the Cheltenham goals although these may
have come earlier. The second yellow for George Ray was if
anything a red card offence, and the fact that Ray left on a
stretcher may have persuaded Trevor to issue a second yellow
instead. So perhaps a case of reputation rather than reality for
Trevor at Gresty Road yesterday afternoon.
