Was saying the same thing to a mate this morning. The fact
there’s no replays plays a big part in this now, as
PL/Championship teams are conditioned better. The whole ethos of
the FAC is shot now, and the magic of it is slowly dwindling.
Worst thing that ever happened to the integrity of the Cup was
the FA letting United not play the year they went off to the
Club World Cup.

I'm assuming the premiership will soon be wanting to enter en
masse in the 4th Round so they are able to have their winter
break back.[emoji1]

The FA Cup has been so devalued that I would not be surprised by
any outrageous demand made by the Premiership who know the price
of everything and the value of nothing.

Anyone think the Plymouth goal could (should?) have been ruled
out for offside with the striker (strangely!) running miles
offside quite close to the vision of the goalkeeper as the shot
came in?
