       D BOND - Fulham v Ipswich

No DOGSO red was a right decision for Davis after cleaning out
Wilson. Would have been different if a covering defender wasn’t
       nearby.
Possible penalty call for hands against Woolfenden rightly
       rejected by VAR.
Not too bad from 007 so far, but the free kick given when
Cairney fell over was incorrect… there was no contact.

I don’t agree with that myself, i’d go red over yellow for
Davis. There’s not enough cover there to justify a yellow in my
opinion, the Fulham player’s running quickly and I think there’s
clear evidence that he’s reaching the ball and getting a shot
away if Davis doesn’t foul him. I can understand Darren Bond
going yellow on field but my preference would have for a review
       to be recommended.

No surprise VAR has come in to award a penalty after Wilson was
       fouled…

Absolutely. Definitely a penalty no question but that reaction
       is unacceptable

Also id love to see these wingy managers fired into the sun,
the likes of Klopp, Arteta and Marco Silva acting like petulant
children every week when they are 40 and 50 year old men.
No wonder referees at grassroots get so much shite.

Please can anyone let me know why Wilson wasn't sent off for his
dissent? Does Bond let him off because he got the decision
wrong. The language used was literally shown on replay.

Abuse of officials and bad behaviour on the touchline has
increased since the likes of Guardiola, Mourinho, Arteta & Silva
       started managing in the PL.
Look at Eddie Howe as an example, its very rare he will act in
the unprofessional way on the touchline, recieve yellow cards or
       berate match officials.

I totally agree Eddie Howe is a gentleman.
However, I think Neil Warnock, Steve Evans and plenty more
British managers are well able to give abuse, I recall Alan
       Pardew pushing an AR.
Of course different nationalities can have cultural differences
       - but the horrific abuse at lower level English football, where
most involved are English indicates to me that English managers
players etc. are equally able to give abuse to referees.
Just my view, but I am very firm in my belief that nationality
and propensity to abuse a referee are not in any way linked.
