We had snow from 9pm onwards last night but overnight it turned
into rain. Picture on Crewe Alex twitter (X), pitch clear!
Looking out from my window, I’m a 30 min walk from the ground
and there’s hardly any snow at all. Most of it gone. Just looks
like it has rained.

Scott Jackson - Crewe v Bromley
I have slated Scott in the past, but today he was one of the
best we’ve had this season. I think Tom Kirk will edge being the
best so far, just.
Didn’t have too much to complain at today. One missed yellow
card for SPA for a Bromley centre back early first half, where
he just spoke to him. 4 foul throws given in this game!! All
against Bromley!! Scott just stood there like this emoji
🤷 and was like “I can’t do much sorry!” He booked one of
their takers early second half for dissent after one of the foul
throws, then he proceeds to be sent off for a second bookable
offence later in the match. 5 mins first half fair, same with 4
mins second.
Gave Bromley a penalty late first half for handball, and it was
quite obviously correct. He also booked the Bromley manager,
Andy Woodman, for dissent. Can’t fully remember why he was
complaining though.
Overall, a really pleasing performance today from Scott and
team, a solid 8/10 for me.
