To me that was enough for SFP - but I accept in the EPL the bar
is far, far higher. So in that context a good call by
Harrington.

Sorry I have just seen Fernandes first yellow - at an absolute
minimum, he should have immediately received a second yellow
card for dissent and in my view should have received a straight
red for making contact with the referee as he remonstrated in
his face.
Unacceptable a red card, in some form, was not issued in that
moment IMHO.

Another good showing from Harrington, let the game flow and
didnt fall for the theatrics.
Superb offside call from the ever reliabke Mr Cann.
Fernandes got more cards last night than i did xmas
cards😂

Top drawer from Harrington who is firmly establishing himself on
the SG , stays in the background and isn’t afraid to book
players from the big teams no matter if it’s the 1st minute or
the last
As been said already Darren Cann showing why is world class and
gets the decisions spot on

From the highlights, seems to have grown a bit in confidence
imo.
Only gripe, as above, is that Fernandes should’ve had an
immediate 2YC for dissent (as others have done previously for
much less).
No good SG refs being strict on dissent if not sticking with it
consistently throughout the season - seems to have drifted in
recent weeks.
Fine cautioning for public dissent, such as Pawson (correctly)
did for bouncing the ball down at Forest, but this aggressive,
intimidating behaviour, right in the face of the referee, should
be always punished.
