The Scottish FA has finally published its new FIFA lists on its
web-site. Ross Hardie and Abbie Hendry have been made FIFA
referees, but there appears to be no replacement for David
Munro. Perhaps his resignation arrived after the SFA had
submitted its nominations to FIFA.

Kassai Viktor retired, without any prior warning, 30 December
2019 (official retirement date was 5 Jan 2020) and was
immediately replaced in January 2020 by Bogár Gergő
although he was not formally named on the list until the July so
it may be that someone has been appointed to the list but like
in this case won't be formally named until July.
As an aside we still don't have an elite referee, proof Viktor
was irreplaceable! (and yeah still not over it!)

So it’s the middle of January, and still no 2025 FIFA badges
out!
