Florian Badstübner and Matthias Jöllenbeck replaces Bastian
Dankert and Christian Dingert as FIFA referees in Germany.
Andreas Ekberg has retired in Sweden and his place will go to
Oscar Johnson.

In Italy Matteo Marcenaro and Matteo Marchetti have replaced
Daniele Orsato (who retired in August) and Marco Di Bello, who
joins the ranks of the VMOs along with Rosario Abisso, Federico
La Penna and Daniele Paterna.

You have the memory of an elephant! It's nice to be correct
once in a while, stopped clocks notwithstanding. It takes
something to stand out in a 12-0 drubbing but Seth Galia did on
that occasion.

Vad announced ages ago he was standing down. Glad he’s staying
as VAR though. I’d be putting Pillóck in Rusz place personally.

Apologies for the lack of correct punctuation - on my phone at
half time at the game.
To reiterate - no idea how Márton Rúsz was selected, the
federation clearly don't want us taken seriously. Personally I
would have selected Ádám Pillóck as a referee ahead of Rúsz.
Pillóck is a decent young ref, little bit timid at times but
decent and Rúsz, well he isn't!
