Doubt it.
His red card at Luton v Rochdale was a fair decision.
The three red cards at Wycombe v Sunderland could have been
more, looking at the footage.
I didn't see the Newport v Cheltenham highlights, so can't
comment, but it just seems he's had a run of games where
disciplinary sanctions have been necessary.

Swabey might well be a good bet as well given his last outing
ended up with a mass brawl and three binned in injury time.

Not so much controversy perhaps but Lee's decision to award
Burton a first penalty in the 75th minute v Accrington looked
dire, being imo a clear dive. This gave the home side a 3-2 lead
- later extended to 5-2 - in a division where every point counts
and there are currently no 'meaningless' matches.
My comment about Charles Breakspear was tongue in cheek and I am
happy to agree that most if not all of his red cards have been
justified.

Wasted my money. ;D
In my opinion Mr Breakspear had a very good game, calm and
measured throughout. A couple of times he could have issued a
second caution, not mandatory offences, but chose to manage
them.
Although he caused some 'concern' from the 'MotD amateur
officials' when he allowed an offside free kick to be taken from
the offenders half of the FoP. ;D
As has been said previously, from the ones I have seen, most if
not all his reds have been pretty much justified.
Is he a victim of applying the Laws correctly where others
necessarily don't?

Offside is taken from where the ball is played so can be in
opposition half
