D BOND - Spurs v Fulham

Have only seen the three minute sky highlights but correct for
VAR to come in and sanction a review for Cairney’s red card.
Surprised 007 didn’t see the nasty challenge in real time as a
red, as he had a decent view.
Can’t comment on the rest of the game, I shall pass the baton
over to my other esteemed contributors!

Wasn’t the best performance from Bond, poor not to see the red
card first time however good intervention from VAR
Decision making was inconsistent at best which annoyed both
teams and didn’t get hold of the Fulham time wasting after they
went down to 10 men.

Ref Watch agreed that the red card was correct, suggesting that
PGMOL had got together during the week and agreed that the foul
on Cole Palmer last week, the rake down the back of the leg,
should have been red. Therefore, this week VAR was always going
to intervene. Surprise was expressed that Bond failed to issue a
red at outset.
