       Ref Watch agreed that the goal was rightly disallowed.
       Disappointed that it took 4 minutes to confirm what the onfield
       officials agreed was too long and suggested that had VAR not
       been available, no-one would have questioned the decision! The
       Law was correctly applied and I agree. Now!
