There is always going to be debates about challenges and
incidents and what VAR did here, Hackett and co will always go
against the grain to have a go at whatever they want.

Why do people insist on quoting and discussing the thoughts of
Keith Hackett ? Does anyone care what he thinks ?

We may not respect his opinion but surely we have to care about
it because it represents the publicly expressed view of someone
with expert status? The majority of his readers are unlikely to
appreciate that his stance is sometimes controversial and at
odds with that of most of those with equivalent knowledge and
experience. It's rather like Boris, one can't ignore him much as
one might wish to.

Sorry, but his expert status lapsed some time ago.
I don't have a problem with Boris10's posts - far from it. ;)

Chris Kavanagh had a poor weekend all round. Generally
considered wrong to advise Martin Atkinson to downgrade the red
card to a yellow then missed a penalty for Brighton and failed
to disallow the first Millwall goal.
