My only comment on this is why did wolves have a goal ruled out
last season against West Ham for a very similar incident ?

I would invite anyone to watch the last minutes of Bristol
Rovers v Shrewsbury (sadly I have no idea how to link it ) and
explain why one was a goal and the other not.
If he had to consult the AR on this he had no idea of what
happened and so had no grounds for disallowing it.
I’d love to hear the audio.

Not quite similar, the Wolves player against West Ham moved
towards the keeper and his line of sight in an offside position
as the Other Wolves player headed the ball.
In the Silva situation he moved away from the keeper and his
line of sight in an offside position as Stones headed the ball.

Different referee, different AR, Different VAR?

Same Laws of the Game which apply throughout all football. Just
a shame that they have messes about with them so much that
nobody really knows what to expect any more.
       C'est la vie.

It was very different. At the time of the last attacking touch,
which is the only time offside can be judged, the Wolves player
was stood tall directly in front of the keeper. At the time
Stones headed the ball Silva had moved away from Sa and was
ducking down, so certainly wasn't blocking his vision of the
ball. Yes, he was stood in front of him at the time the corner
was taken, but you can't be offside from a corner so that has no
       relevance.
