Best of luck to Francois Letexier in the biggest game of his
career - one he has gotten on merit I think most of us agree.
Best of luck also to all the England and who knows maybe some
Spanish fans on here.
Whether fans of England, Spain, football in general or

Lasted 23 minutes without too much European nonsense then misses
a blatant yellow for cynical foul on Saka.

Massively calm game so far - he couldn't have asked for an
easier start.
One thing I always notice with Letexier - his physical fitness
is excellent. Always keeps up with the breaks.

I was happy with no YC for foul on Saka. A good benchmark though
for YC following Kane's "challenge"

Correct yellow for Kane shortly after missing a cynical foul on
saka , that is the sort of thing that causes referee to have
problems, perception of fairness is important , hoping that’s an
isolated err because he seems to be an excellent referee,I’m
very impressed. As I speak olmo gets a yellow for trying to cut
rice in half.

I think correct no YC for the foul on Saka.
Correct YC for Kane.
Now a very bad foul by Olmo, YC correct but upper end IMO.
Good start.
