UEFA Elite Referees - Ranking?

Watching the Euros and some ref's i have heard/seen before on
CL/EL games but wondering who are the current top 5 UEFA Elite
referees
I dont know them enough to rank so id probably group them

I think it is a little more nuanced than that, but I am probably
not best placed to comment. I will give it a go, in no order

What’s happened to Karasev ? IIRC I don’t think he featured much
if at all in either the CL , EL or Europa conference league last
season

Russian ban, same with Kulbakov* from Belarus
* Edit - I see he actually was appointed by UEFA this season.

You might if you go to Uzbekistan. He has had the occasional
appointment to fixtures involving those countries with which
Russia is still on speaking terms.
