       They're very different decisions.  Proximity in the two examples
       are significantly different; the ball is played between the
       goalkeeper and Morata whilst the reverse is true in the
       Netherlands clip; and there is no impact on the goalkeeper who
       has a clear and unimpeded view of the ball. Morata makes no
       attempt to play the ball, nor could he be perceived to try and
       play the ball - therefore not impacting.
       The refreshingly superb former FIFA referee on ITV explained
       this very well.
       If you reverse Morata's position with the Dutch player, then
       both decisions are likely the opposite.
       The only similarities are that the ball went into the corner and
       there's a player offside.  No one would have batted an eyelid
       had the Netherlands offside not occurred in the tournament
       already.
