Water bottles

Here's a bit of a "You Are the Ref" question.
There's a penalty shoot-out out, and one of the goalkeepers has
details of likely penalty takers attached to his plastic drink
bottle. The opposing GK sees this, and throws it into the
crowd (his team's fans, so no complaints on that score).
What action do you think the referee should take?

Yellow card (unsporting behaviour), red if it was done with
excessive force.

I assume you ask after the Crewe v Doncaster play-off shoot-out
incident

Yes, it is about the incident. No action was taken about the
actions of the Crewe goalkeeper. I agree that he should have
been cautioned for USB. Scott Oldham was extremely indulgent
towards Crewe, so no surprise that nothing happened to the GK.
