Syzymon Marciniak: Real Madrid vs Bayern München

I hope Mr Riley has taken note to pass onto his peers in England
that that is how VAR should work, 90 seconds between the goal
and Marciniak overturning his call. Excellent work!

Really bad from the assistant at the end, completely ruined the
refereeing performance. Should never be putting his flag up
       there...

Very poor AR1 at end, however can't say they'd have scored if
he'd delayed the flag so it's all hypothetical. Weak from the 4O
not to have Tuchel off. Horrible man.

A very poor night for the officials. Missed a clear push in the
face for the goal that was initially awarded. A clear onside for
a goal that was flagged offside and that last play is utter
       shocking! Keep the flag down.

Really poor decision by the Assistant in the final moments.
Looks to be an incredibly tight call and the flag has to stay
down till the phase is over, I think potentially a good goal has
gone at the biggest time there. It’s a shame for them as it’s
the decision that will be remembered.
Also interesting Marciniak left the field immediately at the end
leaving the A/R on the field alone to deal with the protests
       from Bayern.

Bad flag but hard to say it stopped the goal as the defenders
       stopped

He's been let down by his assistants there. For the Madrid goal
where the AR flags it was very clearly not offside as Joselu was
well behind the ball, there's no way a top FIFA AR should be
getting that wrong. Obviously fixed by VAR, but shouldn't be
happening at this level of football.
And the other AR has obviously flagged far too soon. It
probably was just offside, but it was extremely tight and there
is no way the flag should be going up there. If footage emerges
that it was indeed onside there is going to be an almighty
argument about it given Bayern scored pretty much immediately.

Just got a bit messy. Did ref blow before at end before ball
went in net. If so that mistake. Such a crucial part of game.
Let var decide. And i not a fan of it but got to let that play
go. Ar1 put ref in a postion which didnt need to happen

It helped me out no end because I thought that a two handed push
in the back was a foul and it was given, however, the same thing
happened on Saturday at a PL game and it should have resulted in
a penalty and a dismissal of the offender for DOGSO ----it
didn't and this was also a FIFA referee, although his view was
       partially obscured.
AFter 60 year's involvement with the game at senior level, I
just get more and more confused, although I am very much 'with
       it' in all respects.
