I'm assuming Guardiola will want the cup final moved to
Manchester so his pampered players don't have to suffer another
trip to London. Could the FA also check with him if 6 days will
be enough time after their final league game to prepare.[emoji1]

bias on threads that are actually about City without gratuitous

Unfortunately, I agree with whoever expresses the highest level
of apathy for another all-Manchester final, which I would hazard
a guess would also be the least favourable option amongst all
neutrals/non-fans of either club, I doubt I will watch it
either. Last night's semi was the sort of match I would like to
watch, until Coventry were robbed/shot themselves in the foot
and the dawning/yawning of another all Manchester final, as if
the FA had arranged it especially, a bit like the Boat Race,
where Oxford and Cambridge always make the final, or Eurovision
where the UK always make the final but never win (as we just pay
for it).

Why did the FA allow Coventry to get their dubious late penalty
decision taking the game into ET (or did somebody not get the
memo)?

How can you say they were robbed when they got a goal by the
most flukeyist deflection and a penalty for handball where all
the pundits and referees I’ve spoken to, said it was harsh?

TBF I was watching Fulham v Liverpool but seeing the score come
up on my phone, coupled with Fulham's abject performance I
switched over at that point and didn't see the goal and
handball. It was more a case of Coventry robbing themselves
after leading in the penalty shootout then snatching defeat from
the jaws of victory. I would openly admit that myself and
probably (literally) the whole country would love to see anyone
win against Manchester United (or City), so there's definitely a
light-blue tinted pair of specs lying around somewhere!

To continue the ridiculously social media fuelled conspiracy
theories, to get more viewers/advertising revenue? There is so
much guff out there these days, that I think it starts to
permeate even the most objective person. I switched over from
Fulham v Liverpool (and in fact had both on simultaneously) as
it looked like an upset was on the cards. It was definitely a
match a neutral would want to see and people would switch on
from seeing how the scoreline evolved.

I take your point lol, but I'm sure you were aware I was
referring to anyone who wasn't a supporter of either team and
typically would be routing for the underdog!

Or maybe the FA Cup was robbed of one of its greatest moments by
a player failing to stay in an onside position when looking
right across the defensive line and could have stayed a couple
of inches further back without detriment to his attacking
opportunity.

I thought Jones was very good. However,I and presumably many
others, find “handball” a topic of inconsistency, uncertainty
and debate.

The poor deluded thing was probably labouring under the delusion
( told to him so many times ) that level is onside and why he
couldn't, in the cut and thrust of the moment, have realised
that his boot was five millimetres in front of the defender's
boot just goes to show that footballers have no inkling at all
