Once again wondering what handball is especially after man utds
last week free kick so ball has travelled 10 yards arm is moving
towards the ball from an outstretched unnatural position so goal
kick city

Shock, horror. Can I believe my eyes?! Chelsea DENIED a
penalty, wow!
Oliver and company quite correct to turn down both appeals
there. If they’re penalties we might as well give up now…

How Grealish wasn't at least cautioned for giving England a
mouthful was unbelievable.
A few meh decisions from Oliver. I believe that Grealishs hand
moves in and closes the gap between his body and it where the
balk would've moved through, therefore possibly a penalty. The
fact a goal kick was given 100% confirms to me an OFR was needed
as he didn't see it. The Jackson on Walker appeal I'd never a
Penalty.

The handball shout? Not for me. To me it was accidental,
Grealish jumped and the ball hit the arm rather than the other
way round. However no corner was awarded, which baffles me. Is
there a remit to say “Michael, no penalty but you should award a
corner instead”?
The other penalty shout, also no.
And before anyone comments, I have no dog in the fight to quote
a well known correspondent on here. Having been a cricket umpire
for 37 years, objectivity is a virtue.

The ball travelled about 8 yards then grealish moves his arm in
the way so it's not the ball hit his arm but the other way
around

If you move your arm into the path of the ball with time to
avoid it then yes it should be a penalty

The reason I disliked was because I find the 1st line to be
extremely distasteful. I disagree with your opinion over the
handball. Hope that clears that up! 👍🏼

Watch the replay from directly behind Pochettino. Grealish
deliberately brings his arm down to the ball because he knows it
is past him and through the wall.
It’s as clear a handball as you could see. Astonishing decision.
