Interesting and very difficult DOGSO call which is a potential
game changer.

Wouldn't really say it was that difficult, once you give a free
kick there it can only be DOGSO. He's moving towards goal, zero
chance of a defender getting back to challenge, and without the
foul would clearly have kept the ball. The only real debate is
whether the foul continued into the penalty area, in which case
it would be a penalty rather than free kick. Would arguably
still be a red card though as very difficult to argue there was
a challenge for the ball.

Routine DOGSO.

I do find the commentary hilarious. A manager starts kicking
around advertising hoardings, so the ref gives him a red card.
And apparently it’s the referee who has struggled to stay calm
🤣

Well there is something certain he is not a referee who is
swayed by the crowd.
Home red card, the home manager sent off, and now the PSG
penalty.
To be fair he has been pretty good - going to be an interesting
30 mins though.

Wish we had refs like this is the championship. He had complete
control not letting the home crowd sway him in

I do feel he has lost an element control and I do feel he is a
bit card happy he’s it was a red card for Araujo and probably
Xavi but since then I do feel he hasn’t had the greatest of
control a few soft yellows for me

These 2 must be the worst commentary team I’ve ever heard. Can’t
help themselves but say ‘he’s not in control’ or similar after
every decision!
I don’t think he’s got a single thing wrong. The DOGSO was a
brilliant call and the 2 reds for the coaches mandatory.

The Marquinhos yellow and the minutes following are evidence of
your point.
