I didn't watch RefWatch but looking at Sky on line, it appears
they discussed the Pereira incident and decided he was very
lucky not to see Red.
However, there's no mention of the Paqueta kick which drew only
a YC and the challenge to the face which triggered the reaction
for which Attwell apparently didn't give a foul.
It may be they were the only 2 serious incidents in the game,
but if doubts are being cast on the decisions taken in both, I'd
have thought it raised questions on Attwell's judgement. He
certainly seemed to have a very good view of the challenge on
Paqueta and his retribution.

I didn't see the issue with the Pereira one. He's slid in and
won the ball just but from his follow through in a prone
position has caused him to collide with Paqueta and I think it
looks worse than it is.
Cannot believe they didn't discuss the Paqueta incident, you
could definitely argue that the challenge by Palhinha was a foul
where he's (accidently) caught Paqueta in the face, but the
Paqueta retaliation (ironically) on Lukic is the most blatent
red card you can get. There is no intention or attempt to play
the ball at all.
