       Just a Quick Look at the bbc match facts , there were two
       injuries and a substitution during the first five minutes of
       added time so that and any time wasting that all teams do at 1-0
       could easily add the extra 4 minutes then at 99 the pen award
       and subsequent hullabaloo took over 2 minutes and then if we
       know the laws we all know whatever time is wasted will not stop
       the penalty being taken. All seems reasonable to me.
