What a time for VAR to fail just as Bond is marched to the
       monitor by Tierney.
       Whoops!

So a clear and obvious error by Bond or a harsh decision?

Don't think VAR failed, it was just that they had to check the
offside first, but weird that they sent him to the monitor
before doing so. 100% a penalty and DOGSO for Reguilon, clear
push in the back with no attempt to play the ball right at the
moment Vitinho was about to shoot. I'm surprised he didn't call
it directly or at least with the help of his assistant in case
       he was obstructed

Should have been given on the field, or at least some help from
the linesman. A very good VAR intervention

That is poor from onfield point of view, should easily be given
       on field but good intervention

Webb said after Crystal Palace V Liverpool incident that if VAR
thought there was e.g. a penalty then he generally wanted them
to intervene and start the on-field review process even if there
was still something to check in the APP. This was to try and
make the process quicker. We saw this in the clip released a few
weeks later from the Brighton V Spurs game where Bankes
recommended Gillett view the monitor for a potential penalty
whilst still checking an offside and Webb said he was happy the
learning point had been taken on board.

I think when she looks back on it Sian should have stepped in,
the best view was definitely from across the park.
I don't think Darren could or should have been in a different
position given where the ball had come from. For me, a perfect
use of VAR as the match referee would legitimately had no clear
       sight of the offence.
