When are officials going to deal with managers outside the
       technical area
Today Ten Haag was outside when West Ham trying to take a throw.
Arteta constantly running up and down the touch line

Simple idea. Managers and coaches should be in seats with
       seatbelts. Problem solved.

Bungee cord attached to their waist that snaps them back into
their seat if they stray too far!

Its a matter of time before Arteta gets in the way of the ball
whilst it is still in play, or even worse accidentally trips up
a player on the wing. It will take that for there to be
       enforcement action.

Klopp doesn’t do it now after he pulled his hamstring at Anfield
a while back which was hilarious to watch after berating Brooks.
       Just punishment for his antics.

Oh for the years gone by where managers and their staff incl
subs had to remain seated in the dugouts (often referrred to as
       kennels). 😂

As with most things, they (anyone) have no interest in fixing
this until it is too late.

This is a point that occurs to me every week. Some of these
managers just can’t resist breaking the rules. Arteta is one of
the biggest culprits. It seems that no one is really bothered.
If that is the case they will go where they please with
       impunity.

If Artera named himself as a substitute, would there be anything
to stop him running up and down the touchline whenever he wished
       ?
I watched a League One game recently where one of the sides
named a coach as a substitute and he ‘warmed up’ up and down the
far touchline whilst wearing an earpiece and clearly passing
       messages on to the players.

There are far far bigger fish to fry with refereeing in this
country than some ridiculous draconian rules about not going out
of the arbitrary white paint line or having two people stood up.
Makes absolutely zero difference to a game, let the managers and
coaches manage and coach, and focus on refereeing the game
       better.
