       Sorry, I thought this
       a) was a forum for discussion on referees
       b) a post about a referee.
But as you asked - yeah wasn't great, but wasn't helped when the
breaks consistently fell the other way.
       [/quote]
I’m not disputing those first two points, I’m just saying maybe
look at your own teams performance as well, Rather than unfairly
laying it all on Anthony Taylor.

It is NOT a forum for accusing referees of cheating! That is
downright disgusting and quite honestly childish . It is also
very much actionable . It will NOT be tolerated on the forum and
if there is a repeat this forum will not be a place for ANY of
       your comments.

I normally come on here moaning about the referee and not giving
decisions for my team but today I am going to comment on a
decision that went for my team and the player in question was
very lucky, in stoppage time after Konate got sent off, Gabriel
did the same on Nunez on the half way line and had already been
on a yellow, stopped a promising Liverpool attack so was very
fortunate not to walk as well, and Nunez was harshly done by
with yellow for protesting, and although i do criticize Anthony
Taylor a lot, this as the only mistake he made in the game

I'm going to hazard a wild guess that Sheila is from the red
       side of Merseyside 😂
Taylor got very little wrong tonight and got his level of
involvement spot on. Konate's two cautions were both fully
correct, and the only reasons Liverpool lost is they didn't turn
up for the first half and then managed to somehow commit
calamity defending worse than Arsenal did for the earlier away
       goal.

No issues at all really with any of the officials today, thought
Taylor was towards the Very Good end of the ratings scale.
The decision to give no-foul against Nunez towards the end was
probably wrong but hardly what I would class a major error. I
was also puzzled as to why David Coote was taking so much time
reviewing the potential Arsenal penalty but, quite rightfully,
he eventually made the decision not to recommend an OFR.

I completely agree, people shouldn't be accusing referees of
       cheating.

I'm no Einstein and I didn't see your first post, however I do
think it could possibly be the case that they are referring to
       you. Just a theory.
