disgrace and embarrassing.
Good to have a bit of independent thinking from these so called
independent panels.

Not really, as the independent panel said that all 3 decisions
that Arteta disagreed with were correct. Given at least 4 of 5
personal panel or ex-players or ex-managers even his peers
didn't agree with him.
