       I keep returning to this every so often, but because I am
       working on a European player database, I don't get to spend as
       much time on it as I would like. Its essentially a referee
       database, and I thought it would be of use to the people on
       here. I enjoy spending time on it, i just dont get to spend as
       much time as I would like to on it. So hopefully it will be off
       use to someone on here. I will add to it as I go along, as I
       have Irish referees now as well.
