Fantastic spot for the handball by Havertz. Think he's
generally been very, very good all night - don't think any of
the booked players can have any complaints.
Only thing puzzling me is why he's not getting more fixtures -
3rd vs 1st/2nd and he's handled it very well.

Brilliant spot for the handball.hopefully this is the start
gillett needed and he will get trusted with the big games.

That disallowed goal at the end is one of the best decisions
I’ve ever seen at the top level, all brought about by excellent
positioning and great instinct. Jarred Gillett knew straight
away it was handball and it showed real guts to make it
decisively and assertively.
In fact that was the hallmark of Gillett’s performance -
assertive, authoritative without being over bearing and as
mentioned, he makes excellent decisions without fear or favour.
Right on top of the game from the outset and even when the game
got fractious in the second half, he kept his cool and his calm
and didn’t waver for one moment.
All the yellow cards were correct and the Australian has an air
of assurance and quiet authority on the pitch. In fact there’s
where I like to see him more, rather than in a VAR booth. His
first big match of his career to date and he passed the test
excellently.
Really top class performance.

Precisely why he is always welcome at Fulham.
One of the best performances of the season for me, and should be
doing more top of the table clashes.
Mr Cann, IMO, is the finest assistant this country has produced
in my lifetime.

What Thing said!
To misquote Brian Clough, I wouldn't say Gillett is our best
ref, but he's in the top 3. Hopefully everyone else will start
to agree, especially the powers that be, that have wasted his
talent on VAR duties, or missing out whilst potentially less
able refs get more regular appointments.

Mr Cann is certainly up there. Having had the pleasure of
working with Phillip Sharp I would argue he was better but only
by the smallest measure
