Both Foley and Pearce looked a bit rusty (quite naturally)
       without any significant errors.
Looking forward to seeing Ridley @ Newcastle tomorrow

I wasn't convinced by Sara Cox. Communication not that clear and
she should have brought out at least 1 card. Foley looked stale
imho and there were a few breakdown penalties which could /
should have gone the other way.

A game played by 2 sides who both, at times, looked world class
and devoid of confidence. When it stuck, it was very good - both
sides scoring tries started from distance and highlighting the
       weaknesses in the other's defence.
Ridley looked like he hasn't had too many middles in recent
times. On occasion I think he forgot he had the whistle!
Scrum penalties were random at best, knock ons were misses and
others, that from the stand were missed, ended up given.
As 1 Newcastle fan said politely "he has been consistently c**p"
Did not inspire the confidence he has in previous games. Maybe a
run of reffing appointments will help him
On positive note it wasn't windy and it didn't rain which based
on my last 2 trips here is uncommon
