About time Kav got a big one. Fully, fully deserved.
Why, has he only got a small one at present? 🤪
Oh dear…. Trust Hendo to lower the tone! 🤭

He’s not, but the 2 assistants are, hence why it’s been
mentioned in here

I'm a bit disappointed England still hasn't had a PL middle
since Spurs V Liverpool - I think not having him referee a PL
game for over 2 months seems a bit excessive.
The PL seem quite light on SG1 numbers currently, which I guess
explains for instance Bramall's appointment as FO. I don't think
Oliver or Tierney are involved this week? Still no games for
Bond and Harrington (we presume injured) and Coote still away
with FIFA.
How many on-field appointments has Massey-Ellis had recently? I
don't seem to remember her being an AR in PL for a while
although I might be wrong.
Good games for Kavanagh, Jones and Brooks amongst others.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Darren England is feeling pretty
p***ed off at his treatment. He is clearly being hung out to dry
and the severity seems excessive to say the least.
For me it all begs the question, will his FIFA status be under
threat come the end of the year?
What i don't get is why Dan Cook is back officiating on the PL?
Both are just as at fault for the mistake.
The only reason I can think of is if England officiated a
premier league game he would be under big pressure and if made a
big error again then he would get slaughtered in the media.
I don't think I agree that they were equally at fault. Firstly
England was the more senior official who is ultimately
responsible for what happens and secondly if you listen to the
audio England didn't give Cook much chance to intervene - not
that I think Cook came out of it terribly well either.
I could understand England not having a VAR appointment for a
few months but I think he should have refereed a PL game again
by now.
We can hope that they're being looked after and Darren England's
return is being managed by PGMOL so he can blend in with
confidence, without media fanfare and at the right time for his
mental health and confidence. Every person reacts to these
things differently and if PGMOL are any good as an employer,
they'll know him and do it at the right time.

Think all the premier league yellow kits were confiscated by
missy bmb ahead of this weekends matches. By my reckoning most
wore black with the odd exception of one blue and one orange.

If Wolves play in their main colour of Old Gold then I think it
might be a y****w free weekend but if they play in their second
(away) strip then perhaps the possibility still lurks.

'Bizarrely a large pile of rags were found burning on a secluded
area on the beach' said a Dorset Fire & Rescue spokesman in a
statement to BBC Radio Solent earlier today, nearby residents
report a woman, aged around 21, running away from the scene
cackling like a witch. A paintball gun loaded with purple paint
balls was found in the bushes near by, Dorset police are unable
to confirm if the 2 incidents are related at this stage...
