It was Beswick on the far side who gave it. They were holding
each other. Carragher is right. Wrong decision, pity, they've
been doing well this weekend PGMOL.

Shocking decision for the penalty… Haaland fouls Cucarella
first.
It also should have been a foul on the Chelsea player by Doku
before the cross came in.

The first offence is a shirt pull by Haaland to get himself in
front of the defender. VAR should be awarding a free kick to
Chelsea.

Both initially holding one another, then Haaland lets go, but
the Chelsea player continues holding and pulls him to the
ground. Clear foul

Both holding, haaland pulls cucurella off balance who responds
by pulling haaland off balance, either both are fouls so free
kick chelsea or neither are

I don’t think you’ll see many of those Doku ‘fouls’ given in the
PL these days, and rightly so. It’s a slight nudge at most.

Just an observation, but Jarred Gillett never seems very strong
on VAR. I much prefer the on field Gillett as opposed to the VAR
