Graham Scott: Manchester United vs Luton Town

I know he gets a lot of stick on here so I thought I'd come on
today to say that Scott had a brilliant game today. All the
basics done right, 2 excellent advantages at one point which
nearly resulted in goals, excellent game management without
turning to mass amounts of yellow cards, and booking Ten Hag for
his constant sideline antics. Timekeeping excellent as well. I
know it's not feasible to expect him to referee week in week out
in the Premier League at his age but he certainly deserves
another game after the break due to this performance today. Well
done Graham!

Scott showed that he still has it.needs to be getting a few more
games.

I was watching the Arsenal game but had this on in the
background, and Scott was fine. There was an incident in the
second half where Maguire was pulled down at a corner - more
contact than City got the other week but no VAR intervention.
Are we not getting penalties for this now?

I've not seen any detailed comments on the Arsenal game. Was it
controversy free? Pleased to read Oliver gave a straight RC for
a bad challenge rather than the all too often go-to YC with VAR
having to decide on an OFR for an upgrade.
Graham Scott is 55 I gather so he's evidently keeping himself
fit other than just by holding up the boards. Good luck to him.
How old was Roger East when he eventually retired out of
interest?

East was 54 when he hung up his boots, I believe.

Oliver back to his best (game wasn’t that challenging). Red card
sept on and just one other yellow
