Ridiculously long drive for Attwell from Newcastle at 5:30 on
Saturday down to Stockley Park for VAR duties for the two O
clock game the next day
I reckon he will fly from newcastle to heathrow.
Then from Heathrow on Monday likely out to Nyon.
Still excessive travel. From Nuneaton to Newcastle to London to
likely Nyon for VAR duty midweek

I think it's good for likes of Taylor/Oliver to still do
occasional Championship game. I remember when Reading were in
Championship and having refs like Alan Wiley/Howard Webb/Mike
Dean/Michael Oliver referee us when they were amongst the best
in the PL. As a fan of a club at that level back then, it was
still nice to sometimes see one of the best in the country
officiate.
I hope England will referee a PL game soon. He was obviously not
going to be put straight back in after Spurs/Liverpool but I
don't think he should be left off PL games for months on end.
I think these are good appointments overall.

Always good to see Matthew Wilkes at Fulham. An assistant who
never courts controversy and hardly makes an error.

Taylor's last championship game I think was Sheff Utd v
Blackburn Boxing day, think it was 2019 or 2020
According to our local paper his last championship game was
Derby County's 4-2 win over Leeds United in the 2018/19
play-offs, where he dished out nine yellow cards and two reds.

On Anthony Taylor - I think he will have held the board up for 3
Luton games all in consecutive weeks. Weird.

kavanagh on var
smith not involved which is a shame as he had a nice little run
of appointments which didn't seem so bad hopefully he gets back
in the middle next weekend
Coote on var training-poss opportunity for smith
no sign of Harrington again I don't think he will ever ref a
prem game at this rate
not surprised with Taylor in championship after the Newcastle
game England in champ as well alongside bobby madley who I don't
think will get another prem game alike Robinson who like smith
is getting a decent run of prem middles
Oliver might not be in euro action Tuesday/wednesday as he's
doing monday night opportunity for Taylor England jones kavanagh
brooks Attwell Gillett madley Pawson instead perhaps or to be
used for europa league/conference league

Don't wish to be pedantic Referee12, but your message would be a
lot easier to understand with more punctuation.

I’d like to see kavanagh get a couple games in
europa/conference.
