Marco Guida : Man Utd vs Copenhagen

I thought overall an excellent performance by Guida , he kept
his cards in his pocket , he correctly booked Fernandes , I’m
not sold on the penalty , yes a high boot was raised was there
contact ? Replays or my eyes say inconclusive if there is one
thing to nitpick it’s he’s frequently so far behind play but he
got the decisions correct and played some good advantages I
would be happy to see him on another Utd game

He blew up early in the first half at about 44:47, which
shouldn't really happen

Assuming the TV clock was correct, which isn't always the case,
there have been many occasions where they have started it late.

There was a false start at the beginning as player was in wrong
half. TV reset its clock, where technically the game had begun.
There's your difference. Non story

That's an interesting technicality - if a kick-off at the start
of the match is not taken properly, then has the match actually
started?

He must have been as bored as I was after the drab first half
that I witnessed

Thought he was below par in what was a pretty easy game. Not
sure why he blew so early in first half. Second half decided to
start blowing for soft free kicks, which led to frustration of
everyone.
Was the penalty appeal on rashford even checked? From the replay
he looked to be clearly onside but I must have missed the replay
with the lines as don’t remember seeing a replay!
Penalty at the end? Not convinced there was any contact, minimal
at best. But Italians do like to make themselves the centre of
attention

It was only our friend Massimiliano Irrati on VAR as well

The match starts on the referee's whistle. If the referee felt
the need to add on the time taken for a false start it should
surely be included in time added at the end of the half, like
any other stoppage, not by winding the clock backwards.

Where is this stated, out of interest?
I did some brief research on the FA website and found for Law 8
the phrase 'A kick-off starts both halves of a match'.
