A very controversial end to proceedings when VAR Salisbury
didn’t suggest Hooper goes to the monitor after Onana cleaned
out the Wolves player in the box.
How that isn’t a penalty or at least a monitor referral as a
minimum is quite baffling.

As has been said numerous times goalkeepers are a protected
species , I thought Hooper was fairly lenient tonight not his
greatest game but not a bad game either the better team lost
tonight

Would a bad decision like that not cause tension between
officials? Hooper had an adequate game which will now be talked
about for a blatant VAR non intervention.

What was Michael Salisbury watching? New season same mistakes.
No doubt PGMOL will be on the phone to Wolves at some point
offering an apology.
