       Utilita Football Yearbook 2023/24

       Just received my new addition and sadly there is no reference to
       referees or assistant referees.
       Past additions would show joiners and leavers to both lists
       before in recent years it was showing the previous season's list
       however I can't find a list for 2023/24.
       Thank goodness for Rate the Ref.

       Are the referees standing down due to retirements ( obviously in
       some cases ) demotions or just voluntarily giving up. Does
       anyone know for certain ?

       I've not seen anywhere of Declan Bourne stopping reffing. Hes
       also been on the FL for a couple of seasons
