This is becoming a farce now with WR appealing the decision of
the committee employed by 6 Nations who ultimately report into
WR?
Just a crazy situation!!

Once again perfect use of bunker- head on head, YC, in this case
it was because of a definite tackle so no RC. Handled well on
field by Andrew Brace, backed up well in the bunker
(Now that is tackle affecting a collision!!)

When will we (England) learn! Another "nailed" on red card -
cheap shot, no wrapped arm etc etc
At this rate Borthwick will need to make a few changes in his
squad
Scary thing is we have Argentina then Japan so our WC could be
over by week 3!!

I know there have been those who have questioned Matt Carley's
refereeing but tonight, ably supported by Evans, Ridley and
Foley, I think he has had a brilliant 40 minutes.
The intensity so much higher than any of the other warm up
games, it has been titanic. NZ under the pump, offended, warned,
YC. YC for blatant offence shortly after - excellent
NZs defence was immense, the 2nd SA try coming from a mistake.
TMO decisions seem to be so much quicker. Clear 2nd YC for NZ5,
may yet be a red, although yellow is probably fair.
Looking forward to 2nd half (at least Twickenham has seen some
great rugby!)

Less intense, quieter 2nd half. Didn't put too many feet wrong
at all - great performance
Any team that beats SA will be very close to winning RWC

Nice that 2 teams turned up at Twickenham today!
Fiji were excellent, Peyper and mates had a quiet, efficient
afternoon and then England!
First 10 mins were good, then the deluge seemed to wash away all
the positives.
Abject, dismal, incoherent (insert your own adjective here)
2 weeks to find a game plan from somewhere
At least Wales and Australia got to see how Fiji might play
😉

The only Englishman smiling at this will be Wayne Barnes who
must surely be a shoe in for the Final if he has a good
tournament
