I don't want to comment too much but very good awareness to stop
the game for the double head injury. Also good call for the foul
on Dybala and laying down a very strict line/figure so far.
Very impressive start.

Has to be very careful here. It's getting niggly and the players
are really not helping the referee.

Was never going to be an easy top referee, both managers do not
help.
Taylor has not done much wrong - Oliver has his hands full too
according to the commentators.

Just a pathetic bunch of players and coaches. Taylor has been
the best person on the pitch so far.

Great spot for the dive by Pellegrini - he's doing very well so
far, among some atrocious behaviour from players and staff on
both sides.

Bar one missed foul and instead giving a Sevilla corner, that
was the Perfect first half from Taylor! Some world class calls
including the dive and the non penalty, as well as not giving a
foul for the goal.

going down holding their head with no reason to shall we say!

The National stadium is more noisy when it's empty! Seriously.
It'd be an insult to a library to compare it to one. Crowd full
of monks/nuns who have clearly taken a vow of silence.
Players and coaches pathetic. Team Ref the only ones with any
credit out there.

Superb first half from Taylor. Usual (quite boring, now) dark
arts from a Jose team… every contact/‘foul’ leads to players
getting hysterical. Taylor has done well with firm body language
to deal with it so far but may have to publicly give a YC to
next one running over. Equally, if benches don’t stop it,
wouldn’t blame him for giving a RC to next idiotic behaviour -
may be needed to finally get them to give it a rest! PK and no
foul for goal excellent decisions.
