Can 100% see why Robinson has gone red but VAR should’ve sent
him to the screen as red imo is harsh, yellow was more suitable

How?
Not challenging your thoughts but he has endangered the safety
of an opponent

It's OK Howard will be typing out his apology text as we speak ,

Never a red for me. Reckless rather than Dangerous. VAR should
of definitely got involved.

Both the potential penalty and the red card were very
subjective. I suspect had he given a penalty and a yellow they
would have both stood as well as I think you could support the
call that was made in both cases. But Barnsley will feel very
hard done to.

Penalty - clear kick (after a push), this is where imo fans get
infuriated by VAR and ‘high bar’, what is point to wait 3+ min
for millimetrical offside when they can’t even correct decisions
like that…
RC - is technically a very good decision, lunging SFP, but I
think Robinson was more influenced by mobbing than fully
perceiving the nature of the tackle
Barnsley can feel hard done by, IMO.

I thought he was supposed to be one of the best sg2 officials?
Well that's worrying.

If you pause the replay you can see both feet have left the
floor therefore he is not in control thus has to be a red

Pretty well sums at the general ability of the officials
currently imo.

High, over the top and out of control. The player fouled is
fortunate he was already on the ground because of that hits a
standing leg it gets snapped, the contact doesn’t make the
colour of card the tackle does and there is no way that’s a
clear an obvious error: backed up by the lack of ability to
agree on here.
