Always sad when a long serving official retires but we should
really celebrate a successful career doing what few of us could
ever achieve. A solid official imho who is retiring at the right
time while still doing a good job. Happy retirement Andre.

From a friend there - “big hugs at full time from both
assistants, both captains, and Arteta. Won’t have had an easier
       game in his career”
Congrats Andre on an excellent career and sounds like a perfect
afternoon out in the north London sunshine

It feels like he has been a premier league referee forever.

A very good Premier League referee down the years, who in many
ways seemed to get better as he aged.
It still feels relatively recently that he was one of the newly
promoted SG refs who was struggling a bit to get PL
appointments. It certainly makes me feel old!
I'm sad he didn't quite get to 400 PL games but 390ish is still
       a very good effort.
Is there any word on if he'll have a role with the PGMOL going
forwards, whether as a VAR or coach etc?

There are certainly vacancies at the moment.

I'm going to miss Andre, one of my favourite refs. Happy
       retirement!
